Sound of Thunder Concert Band

Concert Band is the third highest-level band class of the program and calls for self-discipline and hard work.  All musicians are expected to participate in the marching band season and will also need to stay after school for a few rehearsals during MPA season.  

This year’s Concert Band (2023-2024) performed “Instant Christmas Concert,” “A Cartoon Christmas,” and “Chanukah The Festival of Lights Overture” at the 2023 Winter Concert! Pictured below is this year’s Concert Band!

This past year (2022-2023) the Concert Band earned a “Good” on stage and an “Excellent” in sight reading; they performed “Aline March,” “Memories of Spring Hill,” and “Canticle of the Sun.” Pictured below was this past year’s Concert Band!!!
