  • Three-levels of Concert Band Classes: Concert Band, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble
  • Jazz Band 1-2-3-4 (taken in addition to a Concert Ensemble)
  • Music Theory: Honors and AP (the Honors class is a pre-requisite for AP)
  • Eurythmics (Color Guard) 1-2-3-4

• After School Programs (clubs)
  
  • Marching Band to include winds, percussion and color guard (August to November with some early summer camps)
  • Indoor Percussion season (December to March)
  • Winter Guard season (December to April)

Students may elect the option to take Band with Honors Credit as soon as Freshman year. Requirements include:

• A few extra assignments per quarter (performance critique, biography research)
• Auditioning for All State and All County Bands
• Perform at the FBA Solo & Ensemble Festival

Jazz Honors credit is available for those who elect to take it. Requirements include:

• A few extra assignments per quarter (performance critique, biography research)
• Jazz solo transcriptions
